This scroll is 24.8cm long and 75.2cm wide;the HOKKE Sutras are written in gold letters on dark blue paper. According to old documents,the scroll was presented to Gennai Ito,the retainer of the Arima family of Inoue Castle,by Satohiro Oda,and was then passed on to Gennnai´s descendants.
